Staging = SOLD!! 2 days to stage, one open house and DONE! It’s off the market and 1509 Highland Avenue has won itself House of the Month.
Background information: This house is a renovated property (tell your investor friends, we LOVE flips!) by Mark Queenan. Located right off Baxter, in the heart of the Highlands, its 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths were completely updated. The transformation was gorgeous! However, Queenan still maintained some of it’s charm by keeping the original fireplaces and a cool brick wall in the Dining Room. It sold for $629,000 (asking price) 9 days after it went on the market.
